Help Us Support Our Employees And Maintain Our Studio

Scenic City Clay Arts community ceramics studio and our staff are working hard to maintain the studio and be ready to serve you again when we are able to reopen.  SCCA closed our doors on March 15 due to Covid-19. We canceled nine classes and eight of our outreach programs with more cancellations looming as we approach summer.

We have kept in touch with our members and potters via social media and phone calls, but we miss the community environment of the studio. We look forward to getting back to the core work of our mission: Sharing access to all things clay through collaborative education in a community studio. We look forward to serving our members, local artists, students, seniors, veterans, children, and families.

We don't know what the world will be like when the pandemic is behind us, but we know we will need art! We know our community will crave a place for connection and playing in clay! We want to be there for you as a safe, creative space when all this is over.  Now, we need your help.

Our organization is committed to ensuring that both our organization and employees are able to maintain financial stability.

Thanks to the big-hearted support of our members and friends, we quickly met our original $1,000 goal! SCCA’s Board of Directors generously guaranteed a $1,000 match for gifts over the original $1,000 goal. So our new goal is $2,000.  We are so close to our new goal! Help us by donating today. Your gift will help provide immediate financial support to continuing operations of SCCA's studio and employees.
