We will host a "Spin & Smash" event on Saturday, May 10 from 1-5 PM at the SCCA Classroom, where participants can pay $25 to try out the potter's wheel for 20 minutes, and smash up to 3 pots at our SCCA smash booth. This is a great chance to get to know SCCA, and try your hand at pottery making (or breaking!) Tickets will go on sale in late April.

Please note that any pieces you create on the wheel will not be kept for firing or able to be taken home (trust us - you won’t want to, they’ll be super wet and muddy!) This 20 minute wheel session is meant for you to just try out the wheel and get to know the clay, not to create a take-home piece.
